TERMS OF SERVICE !!
I'd appreciate that before commissioning you read all the information on this card. Any further questions you are allowed to message me on any of the following platforms I've mentioned in my carrd, or you can request to have my discord to continue discussing details there!My terms of service will also go into detail about things I will draw, and things I will not draw.
For payments, I expect to be paid via PayPal or Ko-fi, for anyone using DeviantArt they can commission me with DA points.
I expect to be given half of the payment upfront before I accept your commission and to be fully paid after the initial sketch is sent to you. If you refuse to pay me the rest after the sketch is given to you, I will not continue working with you until the full payment is received.
All commissions are for personal use only unless you have discussed with me prior about using it for anything commercially.
I do not consent for my art to be used to make a profit or to be put on merchandise. I also do not consent for my art to be used to feed any A. I generations and any attempt to do this will result in an immediate blacklist from commissioning me any further.
Any visual references are not necessary but will help a lot with the commission. I'm completely okay working with written descriptions or doodles of how you would like the commissioned piece to look!
Commissions will take time to be done. This is because I prioritize my mental health and personal life, and may not be able to immediately work on your commission. However, if there is a deadline that you require your commission to be done. Please notify me so that I may be able to make time for it in my schedule. For any deadlines, I can prioritize your commission for 1-2 weeks. I will always be sure to message you any updates on your commission, and if you want to enquire about your commission, you are completely within your right to message me about it!
If you want to be refunded at any point, I will only accept refunds before you are sent your sketch. If you do not ask for a refund by the time I finish sketching your commission, you will not be refunded.
If you want any changes done to your commission, please do it when I send you the sketch! I may not be able to make any changes to your piece after I finish the line art. So please, do not be worried about requesting any changes!
Please if you use my work for edits, that you still give me credit for the drawing.
If you are commissioning me for a reference or custom character, please do not try to sell that character. You are allowed to gift your custom away for free or make any changes/edits to the character as you wish.
I am completely within my right to deny any commission I do not want to do. I will do my best to explain my reason for not accepting your commission, but if I am not comfortable with sharing, you will not be answered.

As an artist, I want to improve my art in any way I can, and I find it really fun to be allowed creative freedom to express myself through art.For £10 - £25 you allow me to have creative freedom to draw whatever I want with your character! This can range depending on what it is I want to draw, however you will receive the illustration and a small doodle as a thank you! :DDepending on how much money you give me, you could get either a line art drawing or a flat coloured picture. It will always be around half-body or full-body!
CUSTOM GACHA DESIGN!
For £25 you can have a customised character plus a doodle alongside it!
This drawing will be a full-body flat-coloured piece. You can decide at the beginning what aesthetic, gender, and other elements you would want included with the design - however, you will not get the design until the finalized piece.This offer is to allow me creative freedom to design you a character with very little input from you, When taking this offer, please keep in mind that you will have to pay me in full.
